Leadership (LEAD) 

  1. Held multiple Leadership Positions with the Ohio Dental Hygienists' Association, giving back to the association and dental hygiene profession.
  2. Served as a Clinical Coordinator and faculty mentor, modeling professionalism and effective leadership.

  1. Engaged in the formal evaluation of adjunct faculty, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  2. Fostered a motivating environment for faculty while addressing conflicts between students and faculty through clear communication and mediation.

  3. Met with students for Mid-Semester Reviews to provide mentorship and help students achieve their goals.
  4. Attended Career Fairs and provided information regarding the Dental Hygiene profession to prospective students.
